ECA showcase - Karate performance

Karate is the only self-defense tool that is always in hand. Self-defense is a martial art. This is why karate is good for self-defense. Karate once learned cannot be forgotten, it becomes a part of who you are. Karate training can be intense, however, the beauty is that each student can advance at their own pace. Karate improves overall fitness and body awareness. Karate training strengthens and develops almost every muscle in the body. It improves stamina, strength, speed and flexibility. This was demonstrated by the Junior school students who showcased different combinations of movements which included punches, kicks, strikes, blocks and also flexibility. They successfully completed their first and second examination in Karate under Shihan Jehangir Shroff, President Y.K.K.F India.
