Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take admissions in all grades?
We accept students in Nursery, Grade 8 and Grade 11 for both IBDP and A Level. Admission to other grades depends on chance vacancies.
Is there an eligibility criterion for Nursery?
Yes, children born between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 may apply for admission to Nursery for the academic year 2027–28.
When does the admission process start?
The admission process usually begins at the end of May or the beginning of June each year for the following academic year.
How do I find out about chance vacancies?
Seats for chance vacancies, IF ANY, are usually known in February–March. To be notified if seats become available, parents need to submit the online Enquiry Form.
Do you take mid-term admissions?
We follow a fixed admission cycle, and admissions are completed before the start of the academic year. As a result, we are unable to accept students midway through the school year.
Does the school offer any extra-curricular activities and clubs?
Yes. ABWA offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities, including many student-led clubs and a competitive athletics programme, providing students with numerous opportunities to explore their interests and talents.
